This cartoon is pointing at the DNA “code” that is embedded in everybody. Since there are only four parts to this “code”, Adenine, Cytosine, Thymine, and Guanine, the code seems like it would be simple. However, since there are so many places for each one, there are an infinite number of combinations. This is why “everybody is special”.
